Travelers Inn Medford allows one dog per room with a nightly dog fee of $15 plus tax, which is charged in addition to the room rate and is not a refundable deposit. All dogs must be declared at check-in. In accordance with Jackson County Code Ordinance 612.09, pets must be kept on a leash and under their owner's control at all times while on hotel property, including in the lobby, hallways, and parking areas.

Guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge until 3:00 PM (hotel local time) one day before the scheduled arrival date. For example, a reservation with a check-in date of January 1, 2024, must be canceled by 3:00 PM on December 31, 2023, to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a penalty equal to the first night's room rate plus taxes. Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be considered a no-show, resulting in the same penalty, and no-show reservations cannot be modified or rescheduled for a future stay. For guests arriving after midnight on their arrival date, please note that the checkout time remains 11:00 AM on the same day as originally booked. For example, if your arrival date is January 1, 2024, and you arrive at 1:00 AM on January 2, 2024, your checkout time is still 11:00 AM on January 2, 2024.
A credit card is required to reserve a room. Final payment is due at the hotel during check-in.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. There is a $100 security deposit that is refundable and must be associated with a major credit card.
